Your role

  • Design, implement, and tune real-time motion-control algorithms for motion of weapon systems
  • Develop gyro stabilization, angle/attitude estimation, sensor fusion, and filtering algorithms
  • Implement feedback control, including PID, feed-forward, compensation, and disturbance rejection
  • Integrate sensor data from IMUs, encoders, and other feedback systems with motor drives
  • Work hands-on with hardware to tune, debug, and validate control performance
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers to solve system-level control and robotics challenges

What we expect

  • University degree in Robotics/Automation Engineering or another related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in control system engineering
  • Experience with 6-DoF robotic systems, precision positioning, stabilization, or similar
  • Experience with attitude estimation, Kalman filters, complementary filters, or inertial sensing
  • Extensive experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Python for control system modelling and simulation
  • Knowledge of motor drives (BLDC/PMSM) and their limitations
  • Knowledge of electronics engineering, fluent in reading circuit diagrams
  • Familiarity with embedded systems (ARM architecture)
  • Basic knowledge of C and C++
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
  • Able to work autonomously with little supervision
