Your role
- Preparation of plans and technical documentation.
- Creating product drafts and coordinating with the employer and/or clients.
- Preparing final reports.
- Inspecting and testing samples.
- Independently solving development challenges.
- Researching the applicability of new materials and new technical solutions.
- Designing products and devices, as well as preparing documentation and specifications.
- Standardizing elements and assemblies, and introducing rationalizations and improvements.
- Monitoring product usability to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Analyzing industry trends and proposing changes and innovations.
- Introducing new technologies and methods within the field of work.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable and adopted standards (e.g., quality management systems).
- Participating in trade fairs and presentations.
- Collaborating with the sales team in preparing proposals/quotes.
- Project management.
- Managing and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Other duties as instructed by the supervisor or employer.
What we expect
- Level VI or VII degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with the company's business and legal environment.
- Understanding of the company's business processes.
- Very good written and spoken knowledge of the Slovenian language.
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the English language.
- Proficiency in PC operations (3D design, knowledge of CAD modeling software such as Creo, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Ability to gather various types of information and utilize different sources for decision-making purposes.
- Ability to identify potential alternatives in planning and decision-making, and evaluating their pros and cons.
- Analytical thinking skills and a big-picture perspective on overall operations.
- A strong sense of reality and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and new situations.
- Ability to prevent problems from arising, or, if they do occur, to resolve them through sound arguments and reaching consensus.
