Engineer and integrate advanced electrical and mechatronic systems for next-generation remote-controlled weapon systems. Embedded systems, sensors, actuators, servo drives, vehicle electrical systems, and MIL-STD/STANAG qualification. Full-time, on-site in Komenda.

Your role

  • Develop and design new and innovative weapon systems and associated subsystems (TRL 6–TRL 9).
  • Select, integrate, and test new equipment and components, including sensors, actuators, and weapon systems.
  • Test and qualify demonstrators, prototypes, and final products based on technical requirements and international standards (MIL-STD, STANAG).
  • Communicate and coordinate with external contractors and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development of embedded systems and software.
  • Prepare technical documentation.

What we expect

  • At least a Master’s degree or equivalent university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Experience in the development of automated mechatronic systems.
  • Experience in embedded systems development.
  • Knowledge of servo drives.
  • Knowledge of electrical installations in vehicles.
  • A high degree of independence, responsibility, and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Additional requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering design software.
  • Category B driving licence.
