Perform FEM, modal, dynamic, thermal and thermo-mechanical analyses for next-generation remote-controlled weapon systems. Structural simulation, numerical modelling, validation, optimisation, and correlation with experimental testing. Full-time, on-site in Komenda.

Your role
- Perform static FEM analyses of structures and components
- Perform modal and dynamic analyses, including natural frequency and vibration analysis
- Perform thermal and thermo-mechanical analyses
- Analyse stresses, strains, deformations, displacements and contacts
- Develop and evaluate numerical models
- Prepare simulation protocols
- Correlate simulation results with measurements and experimental testing
- Optimise geometry, structural solutions and material selection based on simulation results
- Prepare technical reports, analyses and presentations of results
- Collaborate with design engineers, development engineers, manufacturing and other departments throughout the product development process
What we expect
- Master’s degree or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably specialising in Mechanics
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience; 5 years of experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Finite Element Method (FEM) and fundamentals of mechanics
- Experience with one or more numerical simulation tools, such as Altair HyperWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus or similar
- Ability to independently set up numerical models and interpret simulation results
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Good command of English
