Your role
- Lead development projects from initiation through to completion.
- Prepare, maintain and monitor project plans, including scope, schedules, milestones and objectives.
- Plan, organise and coordinate project activities across engineering, mechatronics, software, production and procurement teams.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure the timely delivery of project activities.
- Identify and manage project risks, changes, open issues and key dependencies while implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
- Organise and chair project meetings and coordinate priorities across teams.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports for management and monitor project activities using project management tools such as Jira.
- Maintain project documentation, ensure decision traceability and facilitate efficient information flow between departments.
- Foster effective collaboration within project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Perform other duties in line with qualifications and business requirements.

- Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- At least five years of professional experience, including a minimum of three years in a comparable project management role.
- Experience managing development or engineering projects.
- Excellent written and spoken Slovenian and English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
- Slovenian citizenship.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Advantageous experience
- A good understanding of the development or integration of complex technical systems.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence or similar platforms.
