Technical leadership of advanced defence systems. Lead engineering teams, drive product development, and shape the technical direction of a fast-growing defence technology company. Full-time, on-site in Komenda.

Your role
- Lead and develop the company's technical function
- Organise, optimise, and oversee technical processes
- Contribute to the company's strategic development
- Lead technical projects and manage technical teams
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and industry standards
- Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and customers
What we expect
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Excellent command of English (C2)
- German language skills at B2 level
- EU or NATO member state citizenship is required
