Your role
- Preparation of installation and assembly materials
- Establishing incoming inspection procedures: defining incoming quality control processes and supervising received materials
- Maintaining the accuracy of item codes within the information system (link between engineering and procurement): managing and verifying item identification codes, coordinating data between engineering, procurement, and production, ensuring documentation consistency, and preventing procurement errors
- Transfer of standard products into production: analysing engineering documentation during product transfer to serial production, defining required technological procedures, and coordinating with procurement, engineering, and production departments
- Preparation of production documentation: creating internal technological instructions, preparing tool and standard component lists, and maintaining and updating documentation
- Preparation of digital work orders: creating clear digital production work orders and ensuring proper identification of materials, procedures, and control points
- Assembly of electromechanical subassemblies of final products
- Inventory management
- Supervision of serial production: technical oversight of production processes, monitoring deviations, and implementing process improvements
- Ongoing inspection of parts at suppliers: conducting or supervising supplier quality inspections and participating in resolving non-conformities
- Identifying non-conformities and managing complaint procedures
- Ensuring product traceability (identification plates): maintaining proper product marking and traceability records within the information system
- Preparing end-user documentation: creating user manuals, maintenance instructions, and integration documentation while ensuring compliance with machinery safety requirements
- After-sales support in Slovenia and abroad: providing technical support in cases of complaints, upgrades, or technical inquiries, coordinating spare parts deliveries, preparing technical clarifications, and cooperating with service partners
What we expect
- Level V or VI education in a relevant field, preferably electrical engineering, technical, or economics-related
- At least 3 years of experience in comparable positions (technology, production, development, or process management)
- Ability to manage, verify, and coordinate item codes between engineering, procurement, and production
- Understanding of engineering documentation, bills of materials, and technological data
- Focus on traceability, data consistency, and prevention of procurement errors
- Coordination skills across engineering, procurement, and production departments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and guide teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of company business processes
- Excellent written and spoken Slovenian language skills
